A large-scale automotive grade SBC product with an input voltage of up to 45V and an output current of over 4A. It also provides multiple Buck, Boost, LDO, Tracker, CAN/LIN communication interfaces. The chip has a sleep current of uA level in low-power mode.

The chip has multiple built-in safety fault detection and output indicators, supports potential fault monitoring during system operation, has a functional safety ASIL D level, and meets the AEC-Q100 G1 standard for reliability.

Integrated OTP supports power on/off sequence and specific function programming.

This product series can be used in conjunction with multiple series of MCUs.
